Privacy policy and protection of personal data
THREE ELEVEN's operations are conducted in the company Team Renheim AB. When ordering / buying on the webshop, Team Renheim AB is responsible for processing your personal data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies as a law in all EU member states from May 25, 2018, we have established a new privacy policy regarding the personal data we save about you. THREE ELEVEN safeguards your personal privacy. We are open with what we do with your personal data. We comply with applicable data protection rules, we will under no circumstances disclose / sell any personal information, and you are at any time welcome to request to be deleted from our register, or request a mailing of the information we are processing about you.

The information we deal with about you is name, address, e-mail address, mobile number, purchase history, product selection, order number, and your communication with us. We use your personal information to handle your purchase on our web shop, which includes processing your orders, payments, deliveries, returns and complaints. We also use your personal information to handle inquiries from you through our customer service, via email, phone and social media. Legal grounds for these treatments are: Contract. We use your personal information to identify you and to confirm that you have the statutory minimum age to make purchases on our web shop. Legal basis for this treatment is: Legal obligation. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Service third parties must not process your personal data for their own purposes, no more than to fulfill the contract and service between the buyer and THREE ELEVEN.


You have the right to receive a confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, and in that case get some information about why we process the data and how long we save them. You also have the right to receive a copy of all your personal data, and you also have the right to receive incorrect and incomplete personal information about yourself corrected.

You have the right to have your personal data changed, or even deleted, eg. if there is no legal basis for the treatment or we no longer need the personal data.


Your personal data will never be saved by us beyond what is permitted by applicable legislation. To fulfill our obligations during and after your purchase of a product: three (3) years from your last purchase. For marketing and customer service contact based on legitimate interests: twelve (12) months from your last purchase. For accounting purposes: seven (7) years plus the current year according to current legislation. For all legal obligations, the information is saved as long as this is required by current legislation.
