Ånger, retur och bytesrätt

Vi har 14 dagars ånger- och returrätt och 30 dagars bytesrätt. Kunden står själv för frakten tillbaka till oss. Kontakta oss på info@threeeleven.se innan du skickar tillbaka.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase
According to the swedish Distance Selling Law (distansavtalslagen), private customers are entitled to 14 days' right of withdrawal. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. As a customer to us, THREE ELEVEN also offers a right of exchange within 30 days from the time you ordered the product. This applies only to unused products. When using the right of withdrawal / right of exchange / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Complaints
If you would like to complaint a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Notify us via email info@threeeleven.se before sending anything. Add the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping and shipping costs to us.

In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's (National Board for Consumer Disputes) recommendations.

Refunds
Refunds are made via Stripe. The sum is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.
