Shipping Policy


Shipping
Shipping costs apply to all items. The shipping cost is based on the country you want the itemts to be shipped to. 


Deliveries
Orders made before 16.00 CET (UTC plus 1) on a weekday are normally processed and sent within 1-2 days, and delivery is normally calculated to 2-3 working days inside Sweden, and 3-5 working days inside European Union, and 5-9 working days outside European Union.

We reserve the right for all inventory items to be sold out before we can update the website, and we inform the customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase without charge unless the goods are in stock. The parcels are handled by PostNord, and sometimes by other carriers to delivery point, depending on which carriers that is co-operating with PostNord in your local area.


Delivery Delays
Sometimes delivery delays arise from our suppliers except our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations towards us, or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we disclaim all the damage caused by the delay to the customer. You can rest assured that we will always notify you if deliveries aren’t in time. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost until delivery delay.


Transport
THREE ELEVEN is responsible for transport to you as a customer when our shipping options are used. You and the transport company are responsible for the risk of any return to us.


Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@threeeleven.se


Non-picked-up package
If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you by letter, email or text message. You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered are correct. If you do not pick up your package then you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 300 + VAT to cover our costs for transport and administration. This amount will be invoiced to the customer.
